The past year challenged us all. New projects, IFFA and many innovative developments shaped our daily work. We mastered all challenges together – very well indeed! We celebrated together and consciously spent time with one another. The employee celebrations and shared breaks were a wonderful sign of strengthening the team. At the same time, our team grew – professionally as well as personally. New colleagues integrated quickly and existing structures were further strengthened.
