In September, Aldenhoven participated in the “City Cycling” campaign for the first time. Of course, a team from Winweb was also at the start. For three weeks, the 13-member team diligently pedaled away. All routes covered by bike were documented and at the end the kilometers traveled were added up. The result is impressive: With a proud 2760 kilometers traveled, Winweb was able to secure second place in the overall ranking.

Representing the team, Arne von Berg accepted the award last week. Special thanks go to our colleague Stefan, who alone cycled a total of 1111,1 kilometers. A special achievement that was honored separately. By the way, the campaign alone avoided 4 tons of CO² in Aldenhoven, a full 8.088 tons in NRW and even 36.153 tons across Germany. This sets the bar high for the coming year – we are looking forward to it!
