Many entrepreneurs with their own vehicle fleet know the problem of recording delivered and returned empties. Usually, the empties and other items are documented by hand on the delivery notes. All of this must later be entered manually in the ERP system in addition to the delivery notes themselves that need to be scanned. This process takes time and is prone to errors.
Winweb responded to the requirements through the exchange between consulting, product management and customers and launched an app for the management of returnables on the market.Winweb appswork in every modern browser and independently of the manufacturer and device. They can be installed on the home screen of all modern mobile devices. Users and permissions are controlled via winweb-food.
The app is clearly laid out and intuitively operable on all common devices.
The driver can load the documents for the planned tour onto their mobile device in the app before starting the journey. So that no time is lost during the journey by searching for customer addresses, an integrated navigation tool makes the route to the customers easier. If the driver wants to deliver in E2 crates, for example, they open the document in the app. The crates can be very conveniently marked as "delivered" and the delivery can be acknowledged by the customer in the app. Returned empties are also noted in the app. Notes can also be recorded digitally on the delivery note. After the tour, the data including signatures are automatically transferred to winweb-food. The delivery note can be automatically forwarded to the customer by e-mail.

Communication is also simplified with the deposit app: Internal and external notes can be recorded in the app. Internal notes are stored in the app or in the documents in the document texts for your own information, external notes are printed on the delivery note. If the notes are written to the documents, the recipient is informed by email or via the internal messaging system of winweb-food.
If there is no internet available, the app still does not let the driver down. The receipts can be conveniently downloaded before the tour for offline use. Signatures and registered empties are sent back to winweb-food as soon as there is an internet connection again.
