Batch traceability / Traceability
Origin and processing data documented and transferred without gaps
The recording and documentation of the origin and processing data takes place along the process chain, the data transfer to all important traceability platforms takes the different target formats into account.
The consistently integrated batch traceability ensures compliance with the statutory regulations and guidelines in your company. Ergonomic touchscreen systems with the connection of peripheral devices (e.g. scales, scanners, label printers) ensure that the recording of origin and processing data is integrated into the workflows and is carried out system-supported according to the specifications. This eliminates time-consuming duplicate entry and input errors and at the same time ensures a reduction in costs through optimized process structures.
winweb-food implements electronic data transfer to all major traceability platforms (osapiens fTRACE, ALDI ATC or myNetFair) and bilaterally to partners at upstream and downstream stages. With the traceability messages, winweb-food provides you with the interface programs that take the different target formats into account when generating batch information and support the respective data transmission route to the recipient of the message. In addition, during price labeling, the products are labeled for end customers in accordance with traceabilility requirements.
