Proof of husbandry systems

For several weeks now, for many meat suppliers that supply the food retail sector, the indication of the husbandry method of animal raw materials on the product packaging has been mandatory. The husbandry methods 1 (Indoor housing), 2 (Indoor housing Plus), 3 (Outdoor climate) or 4 (Premium) are intended to ensure more transparency for the end consumer, but they also present producers with another major task: how do I safeguard my production in order to carry the information from delivery through to the finished product? How do I prevent a mixing of different husbandry methods so that my product does not have to be labeled with a lower husbandry method, even though the majority of all processed Batchescorrespond to a higher type of husbandry?

But upstream suppliers of production companies are also affected by the issue, as they must pass on exactly the same information to their customers.

Proof of origin

Only sophisticated IT systems can help here, which already separate goods by housing type upon deliverybatching as well as in the Production planning different batch quality programs identify and intelligently plan in order to avoid mixing farming methods and to ensure clear labeling of the products.
