Three "new" additions to the team

Training at Winweb is more than just a word on the careers page: It is an investment in the future. And this investment pays off: No fewer than three of our trainees have successfully passed their final examinations, with good to very good results. And even better: All three will remain with us as employees.

Two new application development IT specialists

Marcel and Zahraa have completed their training as application development specialists and from now on will strengthen our development team. During their training period, they already worked on real projects and gained deep insights into the development of our ERP software for the meat and food industry. Now both will continue as full-fledged team members.

Reinforcement in Support

Chaimaa has also successfully completed her training: as a businesswoman for IT system management. In future, she will support our support team and help assist our customers from meat processing, food production and food wholesale with questions about their ERP solution.

Training that pays off – for both sides

For us, it is not a matter of course that young talents stay with us after their training, and that is why we are all the more pleased. It shows that at Winweb we not only provide training, but also create real career prospects.
