Can't stop: Winweb at the 13th Aachen company run

Yesterday the time had come again: At the 13th Aachen company run, our this time quite large team took to the start line. A total of 6178 participants from 439 companies took part in this company run for a good cause – and just like in programming, we also gave it our all while running.

Eleven colleagues lined up alongside approx. 2200 other runners in the 6.6 km race. A special highlight was provided by: Daniel from our development team secured the overall victory in the 6.6 km distance! An outstanding achievement, on which we congratulate him!

The Aachen company run has long been much more than just a sporting competition for us. It stands for team spirit, shared experiences away from everyday working life and - not least - for the good cause that the event supports every year. In 2026, the proceeds will go to non-profit associations and projects from the city region that are committed to health, sport, integration, inclusion, violence prevention and therapeutic support.
